Therefore our returns policy is straightforward.
If you’re not satisfied with your pillow, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund. The pillow can be returned in any condition so feel free to try it out.
Please note; we could not and would not resell a returned pillow. Therefore we deduct 25% from the refund total, to cover a portion of our time and expenses.
If you’re an overseas customer and return postage is prohibitively expensive, please contact us before returning.
